So called because according to local folklore it
is situated on the site of an old mill. The apartment complex was built
to the highest standards and was completed in 1999, is situated
on the outskirts of Clonakilty town, in the heart of scenic West
Cork, yet only three minutes walk to the town centre.
The building is a slate and stone clad building
that reflects the architecture and atmosphere of the area and
the town.
Our apartment which is situated on the ground
floor, is totally soundproof, with access to the front, and back courtyard. It has two
bedrooms (sleeps four adults, one double room, one twin room)
two bathrooms, generous hallway, large L-shape lounge with
dinning area and kitchen. The apartment is beautifully decorated
throughout and is well equipped.
The apartment is approved to the very high
standard of four star, by an Board Failte, the Irish Tourist
