why dont you list any arts groups or arts events in cork since they are many & veried eg the
artrail to name one for a city with so many practising artists & art events this seems to me
very stupid but then you may only interested in money.

I am searching for Dennis Sullivan who was born in Ireland in 1833 and came to the U.S. in 1847.
He married Elizabeth Cahill, who was born in Ireland in 1835. They married in Albany, NY about 1852
or 1853. They had one daughter Mary A. Sullivan, born in Albany in 1854 and one son Francis J.
Sullivan, born in Albany in 1878. I have no idea where they went after 1878. They could have moved
to NYC or possibly went back to Ireland.

Hi, I am looking for a Catherine Cuthbert, that I was told, teaches Irish Step Dancing in Cork,
the City I believe. Our daughter, Barbara Cuthbert, is a dancer here in the States and this weekend
had a three day seminar with a teacher from Derry that flew over for the session. She told me of
Cathrine. It peaked our interest because our family immigrated from County Cork or the City of Cork
long ago and the last name is not very common.
If you have heard of this person, pass this on or let us know. We are hoping to get over your way
at some point..
All the best, George T. Cuthbert

Hi, I'm looking for anyone who knows of Donal O'Brien, born around 1850 I think. He eventually
married Florence (Floss) Miley. Both were from County Cork. They would have moved to Canada around
1870 or so, I sure would appreciate an email if you can give me any info on these two people.
Thanks.

I have visited this site many times seeing as my ancestors emmigrated from Cork. I am very
interested in Ireland as a whole country with a focus on Cork. This site is one of the superb sites
that allow me to do this. I do have a question or maybe it's more like a favor. I would like to
start corresponding with a female someone in Cork for a penpal. If there is any such site which will
allow me to do this could you please e-mail me with the address. Thank you so much and keep up the
good work on this site as it has quite a lot of information to offer. Maybe a penpal service option
might be a suggestion for a added attraction to this site.
