· Continue straight until you come to the end of the road, where you meet a yield right of way sign.
· At the sign take a left and to enter the car park take a left.

Getting to the Imperial Hotel Cork City by Car from Cork Airport
· Drive out of the Airport and take a left.
· Drive for approximately two-three miles on the N27.
· This will bring you to a large roundabout called the Kinsale roundabout.
· Take the third exit following signs for the city centre.
· Drive straight to end of dual carriage way (South Ring) staying in the left hand lane and take the 2nd slip road off to the left.
· Drive straight through the sets of traffic lights (Market Tavern Pub on your left hand side).
· Drive straight on until you get to the river then turn keep left.
· At the next set of Traffic lights turn right and keep the river to your right.
· Turn right over the bridge staying in the right hand lane and turn right onto the South Mall.
· The Imperial Hotel Cork City is half way down the South Mall on the left hand side.

· N8 Cork City Dunkette Interchange N25.
· 3rd Exit, Cork City Centre Jct R639 straight towards city centre.
· Follow Horgans Quay, Penrose Quay, Andersons Quay (Penrose Wharf on right).
· Cross 1st set lights (Michael Collins Bridge) right lane, right at lights, down Merchants Quay stay in left hand lane.
· Down St Patricks Street, turning onto Grand Parade at the traffic lights.
· Straight through the next set of Traffic Lights on Grand Parade and turning left on to South Mall.
· Straight through 1st set of traffic lights and the Imperial Hotel in Cork City is half way up on the left hand side.

· N20 to Cork following signs for city centre and St Patricks Street.
· At the end of the N20 (final set of traffic lights on the N20- adjacent to Cork Opera House) cross over the Christy Ring Bridge and stay in the left lane.
· Turn right at the traffic lights and take next immediate left behind the Opera House down Academy Street.
· Continue to the end of Academy Street & at the traffic lights at the end turn right onto Patricks Street.

The Imperial Hotel in the heart of Cork city has opened the Fish Hatch, a small but perfectly formed outlet for serving premium fish and chips to the wider public from its restaurant kitchen. Facing on to Pembroke Street, and with a very specific offering selling fresh fish, proper homemade chips and mushy peas with a hint of mint in cute little take away boxes the Fish Hatch is about getting fresh fish cooked to order to the public.
The baby blue canopy on Pembroke Street shelters a cosy waiting space with floor to ceiling blue mosaic, a single blackboard listing a limited menu of what is fresh each day including Cod, Hake, Haddock, house fishcakes and a sustainable fish option.
The Fish Hatch at the Imperial Hotel Cork City is open seven days a week from noon to late.
